SpinnerPay displays a sponsored line in the spinner and status line of supported AI coding agents (currently Claude Code). You install it with a single command, which makes key-scoped, fully reversible changes to your agent's configuration. SpinnerPay does not read, collect, or transmit your code. You can remove it at any time with the documented uninstall command, which restores your configuration.
You agree not to manipulate impressions or clicks, automate fake traffic, reverse engineer the service for the purpose of defrauding advertisers, or otherwise abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or abuse.
Ads are provided by SpinnerPay and its advertisers. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad. Advertisers are responsible for the content and legality of their ads.
Eligible users may earn up to 50% of the net ad revenue (after payment-processing fees and operational expenses) attributable to ads shown on their device, credited per impression. The exact share and the method of calculation may be adjusted by SpinnerPay at any time on reasonable notice. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on advertiser demand.
Relationship. Participation in the earnings program is voluntary. It does not create any employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and SpinnerPay. You participate solely as an independent recipient of a revenue share.
Payouts. Earnings accrue toward a minimum payout threshold (currently $10.00). Payouts are made through a third-party payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to that processor's terms. To receive a payout you must complete the processor's onboarding, including identity verification and any required tax documentation (for example IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or a Form W-8 for non-U.S. persons). Earnings below the threshold may be forfeited on account closure.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. SpinnerPay may withhold from payouts and report amounts where required by applicable law.
Eligibility and geography. Payouts are available only in countries supported by our payment provider, and are not available to persons or in jurisdictions subject to sanctions or where prohibited by law. We may decline, delay, or withhold payouts as needed to comply with sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and other legal requirements.
Fraud. Earnings obtained through prohibited activity, including manipulating impressions or clicks or automating traffic, may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited, and the associated account may be suspended.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinnerPay is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
